I designed and made a 7ga steel mailbox with a solar panel to light up the cut out address for my father- attached are pictures of the final product. I work for a sheet metal fabrication where we laser cut the post, and mailbox and bent it to shape, then had it welded at a local weld shop.The finish is Rustoleum Specialty Lacquer Clear and Rustoleum Crystal Clear Enamel.
