Here’s the skivvies on this next generation Rust-Oleum Universal paint. · Fabulous finish · Significantly less over-spray compared to similar products · Atomization much improved compared to similar products · Spray device works smoothly but still made for a man · Excellent design on safety device with very easy removal · SPRAYS UPSIDE DOWN This project created by Theresa Stewart, shows the versatility of the Rustoleum Universal Paint. STEPS 1. selected 36” x 42” painting tarp as painting surface 2. sprayed base colors – sprayed yellow with the right hand & red with the left hand simultaneously to achieve some shade of orange 3. allowed to dry 4. place strips of tape over the base color 5. applied next layer of color- light blue spraying blue with left hand and white with right hand simultaneously 6. allowed to dry 7. placed additional strips over the second layer of paint 8. sprayed the next layer – violet 9. repeated sequence through 5 or 6 layers of paint – various colors 10. once layers were completed and dried added one more top coat using different colors for each section 11. removed tape strips once paint dried 12. next step – have it stretched and framed Achieved all of the color varieties using only: Gloss Pure White Gloss Black Gloss Cobalt Blue Gloss Canary Yellow Gloss Cardinal Red Time from start to finish: 90 minutes Total Cost for steps: <$50 · this includes $35 for 5 cans of paint · $4 - tape · $10 - canvas
